
We provide a number of design service options to meet your specific requirements and also offer our expertise on an hourly basis. These options include:
Retainer Agreement - Design Services Level 1
$1000 Retainer Fee credited to a minimum store purchase of $3000 within 60 days of agreement. The retainer does not apply to prior purchases and must be payed prior to on-site visit. Level 1 will be available only to clients within 50 miles of Unique Interiors.
Design Services Level 1 includes:
- On-site assessment of your space - by appointment. (Maximum 2 hours.) The purpose of the visit is to measure room and window sizes and assess potential room layout and color scheme.
- In-store consultation - by appointment. (Maximum 2 hours.) The in-store design consultation may include; presentation of suggested floor plans, space planning , furniture and fabric selection, wall and floor coverings, window treatments and accessories.*
Retainer Agreement - Design Services Level 2
$1000 Retainer Fee credited to a minimum store purchase of $3000 within 60 days of agreement. The retainer does not apply to prior purchases. Level 2 will be available to clients who's home or business is under construction at the time of purchase and wish to begin the process of designing their space. Our designers can begin working from your floor plans to insure that all of your furniture, lighting and accessories are ready for move-in. Clients who wish to have our designers assist them with additional design details like paint colors, wall and floor coverings, kitchen and bathroom finishes etc. may use our hourly design services to help them make the right selection with their new space.
Design Services Level 2 includes:
- In-store consultation - by appointment. (Maximum 3 hours.) The in-store design consultation may include; presentation of suggested floor plans, space planning , furniture and fabric selection, wall and floor coverings, window treatments and accessories.*
Retainer Agreement - Design Services Level 3
$2500 Retainer Fee credited to a minimum store purchase of $7500 within 60 days of agreement. The retainer does not apply to prior purchases and must be payed prior to on-site visit. Level 3 will be available to clients beyond 50 miles of Unique Interiors. Client will incur all travel expenses including by not limited to airfare and hotel stay.
Design Services Level 3 includes:
- On-site assessment of your space - by appointment. The purpose of the visit is to measure room and window sizes and assess potential room layout and color scheme.
- In-store consultation - by appointment. (Maximum 2 hours.) The in-store design consultation may include; presentation of suggested floor plans, space planning , furniture and fabric selection, wall and floor coverings, window treatments and accessories.*
Hourly Design Services
Unique Interiors provides hourly design services for assistance with projects outside of our regular product offering. There will be a minimum 2 hour requirement for all hourly services. Client will incur a 50% rate for travel time.
Our designers can assist you on an hourly basis with: Bathrooms, Built-in-Furniture, Fireplaces, Floor Covering including Hardwood, Marble and Tile, Kitchens, Staging and much more.
* In the event that this project is terminated before completion, the above retainer will be used as compensation for the services rendered, i.e. in-store consultation and/or on-site visit. This fee is non-refundable.
* Unique Interiors will provide floor plans and custom drawings to client upon placement of order. There will be no exceptions.
